Shipping policy

Please allow 4 weeks for production on all items, unless otherwise specified. Production starts after the store closes (usually 1 week). Once shipped you will receive a shipping notice. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive once it is in transit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to pay duties and taxes, which is the responsibility of the customer and out of our control. Please allow 10-15 days for your order to arrive once the item is in transit.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns, size changes (once the order is shipped/once pre order window closes), or issue refunds. All sales are final.

POST-DELIVERY

Once a package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (I.e. USPS or UPS) to ensure the package is delivered. We are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong location.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. Address changes can be made if the order has not yet been shipped. If an item fails to deliver due to an incorrect address the buyer will have to pay the fees for the item to be reshipped.

PRIVACY POLICY

Customer's information remains confidential and will not be shared/sold under any circumstances.
